From a food scientist-approved Brussels sprouts recipe to a 122 million viewed pasta, I put my digestive system on the line for you (as I always do) so you don’t have to.
All of these recipes went crazy viral on TikTok and honestly, some of them deserve it.Here’s what I tested including the recipes in case you want to try any of these for your holiday party or just for your own fun, personal time:
Restaurant-Style Brussels Sprouts — 400K likes and apparently “food scientist” certified.
✨INGREDIENTS ✨
2 lbs small Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Maxed-Out Caesar Salad
✨INGREDIENTS ✨
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
6–8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
1 lb golden potatoes, roasted and diced
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
½–1 cup Caesar dressing (to taste)
½ cup parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
Optional bonus add-ins: croutons, black pepper, lemon wedge, extra parmesan
Date Bark – TikTok’s “healthy Snickers”
✨INGREDIENTS ✨
– 20 medjool dates, pitted
– Almond butter (choose how much you’d like. I added more than in the video- the second time I made these)
– ½ cup almonds, chopped
– ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– Flakey Salt to taste
Cheesy Holiday Wreath – Because cheese is the reason for the season. Cute enough to hang on your door, better if you eat it.
✨INGREDIENTS ✨
Crescent roll dough (1 to 2 tubes)
Brie cheese (around 8 oz)
Cranberry jelly or sauce (1–2 cups)
Chopped pistachios (about ¼ cup)
1 egg (beaten, for an egg wash)
Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
122 Million View Pasta – Viral for a reason. It’s giving Boursin Pasta 2.0. I used Truff sauce because it’s actually the best.
Start by boiling a pot of water while you brown a pound of ground beef. For convenience, I used frozen chopped onions, and trust me, they work just as well. Season your beef to taste with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Once your meat is cooking, the water should be boiling. Add in a family-size package of tortellini and cook it according to the package instructions. When the beef is browned, stir in a jar of marinara sauce—make sure to use every last bit because we all know it’s a little pricey! Let it simmer before adding a block of cream cheese. For an extra twist, try adding Boursin cheese; it’s absolutely delicious! Once the sauce is creamy and the tortellini is ready, combine everything together and mix it thoroughly. As a busy mom myself, I like to share some of these meals with friends who have little ones. Cooking can be a challenge, and I’m all about supporting each other! For the final touches, top your dish with cheese, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, then broil it briefly to get a perfect golden finish—just keep a close eye on it!

Hey friend, what other type jam's do you suggest on the cream cheese log? Ick to fig here 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving to you and Matt,
What's nutritional yeast?
Okay, where are you finding Brie without the rind?!?
I absolutely Love your videos
Happy Thanksgiving to you & your husband🦃
It is fun watching your YouTube channel.
Cream cheese with jelly on top is amazing. I saw it at a party and it was hard to get away from that 🎉😂🎉❤😅😊 It had a green jelly on top and Triscuits are great. A thick cracker Mmm…
I freaking LOVE making those crispy Brussels. I've been making them like that (but with all kinds of things like parm, or bread crumbs) for a decade. So good! All the ingredients in that one make an incredible French dip sandwich. Seriously. Try it.
Hiii Erin, Stay Crunchy, girl.
Sincerely hope you're doing well. You look beautiful, as always ❤
💜💜💜💜
That tortellini dish would probably come out better if you dilute the sauce and add the tortellini raw then bake it all together.
Stay crunchy!😎
So with you on the Cornbread 🤤😂
Stay crunchy! ❤
So many good recipes! I want to try them all.
That color looks amazing on you!
Please try Pioneer Woman's corn casserole. It's life changing. I took it camping and heated up slices on the griddle which made it even more incredible.
Yay! Missed ya, doll!
The algorithm sucks, I haven't seen you in a minute.
You look so good in blue!
Stay crunchy, my friend. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas, Erin. Thanks for another great video ❤
“You do have to have all your teeth in tact…or at least glued in really good” 🤣🤣💀 That made me cackle
Great video, I definitely can’t wait to try a few of those recipes! Ok it’s late, maybe tomorrow! 💕
Ceasar salad with roasted potatoes!? Yum!! 😋
You know I love watching your videos. All the foods and recipes I've never had.😁👋
Stunning for a 25 year old model ❤❤❤
That pistacho cheese with jam and honey, paired with some white wine, that's a freaking winner. Might even try that out with brie. #StayCrunchy
