Ingredients
โข 3 sausages
โข 100 g long pasta
For the Sauce
โข 2 red sweet peppers
โข 1 red hot pepper
โข 3 tomatoes
โข 3 tbsp butter
โข 2 garlic cloves
โข Salt to taste

โข A handful of mozzarella cheese

Preparation
1. Prepare the Sausages pasta:
Stick the pasta strands tightly onto the sausages, one by one, just as shown in the video. Drop them carefully into salted boiling water and cook until done.
2. Roast the vegetables:
Place the peppers and tomatoes into the air fryer or oven. Roast at 170ยฐC for 20 minutes, or until lightly charred and soft.
3. Make the sauce:
After roasting, peel the skins off the peppers and tomatoes.
Add them to a blender along with sliced garlic and the butter. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add salt to taste, and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat.
4. Assemble:
When the pasta sausages are cooked, rinse them under cold water and place them into a serving dish.
Pour the warm sauce over them, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and roll them up tightly.
5. Heat before serving (optional):
If the rolls have cooled down, warm them briefly in the air fryer or microwave.
