🍩 Ingredients
——For Dough:
-1 cup (250ml) lukewarm milk
-½ tbsp instant yeast
-3 tbsp sugar
-1 large egg
-2 ½ cups (375g) all-purpose flour
-½ tsp salt
-50g unsalted butter

——For Chocolate Ganache Filling:
-1 cup milk(250ml)
-¼ cup cocoa powder
-1 tbsp cornflour
-2 tbsp sugar
-25g butter
-50g dark chocolate

—For Coating:
-Powdered sugar (as needed)

🥄 Method
1-Mix lukewarm milk, instant yeast, sugar, and egg. Add flour + salt → knead a soft sticky dough.
2-Add butter and knead 10–12 mins until smooth and elastic (windowpane test,shouldn’t tear upon stretching).
3-Cover and let rise until doubled (avoid under/over proofing).
4-Ganache: Mix milk, cocoa, cornflour, sugar well → then cook with butter & chocolate until thick. Cool, transfer to piping bag.
5-Punch down dough, knead 2–3 mins, divide into 8 balls (~80g each). Place on butter paper after dusting with flour(to avoid sticking)
6-Proof 40–45 mins.
7-Fry on medium-low heat until golden (don’t flip until one side colors well).
8-Coat warm donuts in powdered sugar. Cut and pipe ganache or Nutella filling.
9-Serve warm and enjoy!
