  1. Melt 1 stick salted butter in baking dish. Add 1 box Jiffy vegetarian cornbread, 1 can of creamed corn, 1 can of corn (drained) and 8 oz sour cream. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
    Your vegetarian side dish, regular Jiffy has lard

  2. Sharing My Own Corn Recipe!
    (Not mine, from the Internet but I tweak it depending on what kind of canned corn I have, some are sweeter than others, Price Rite Brand, really sweet, Green Giant less sweet.)
    I've become ADDICTED to this, my husband, son and I could finish a pan in a day 😅 or I've made it in muffin form too.

    Oven 375° while it pre heats put a stick of butter in the pan and put the pan in the oven.
    When it's melted I mix everything right in the baking pan, but you can mix in a separate bowl if you wish.
    1 can cream corn
    1 can whole corn
    1 cup sour cream
    Calls for 3 tsp sugar, I use 1.5 tsp.
    1/4 tsp salt
    I like to mix the wet then
    1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    Mix well
    Bake 35-45 mins till top is brown.
    Let it set 15-25 mins before cutting, or it'll fall apart on you. Can adjust salt/sugar again depending on brands you use, and personal preference. Super easy and super good! ❤
