If you think you’ve tried all the good Italian food in Denver… think again 🍝
Today I’m hitting 3 Italian restaurants in Denver that most people don’t even know about.
No chains. No hype spots. Just real, cozy, family-style Italian comfort food.

Restaurant #1: Cucina Bella
Full-on classic Italian vibes. Caprese, fried calamari, and a pasta dish recommended by the server.
This is the kind of place where you can taste the olive oil was chosen with love.

Restaurant #2: Colore Italian Restaurant
If you love baked pasta and a perfectly seasoned steak, this spot hits.
Warm, rich, heavy-on-the-comfort food. Perfect fall/winter Italian meal energy.

Restaurant #3: Gallo Supper Club
Garlic knots that should honestly be illegal.
A Margherita pizza that knows exactly who it is.
And a bakery dessert situation that will change the mood of your day.
(Yes… I got dessert. Yes… it was worth it.)

  1. I tried Gallos during Covid, need to give it another shot and try the others. You should check out Romanos on littleton Blvd just east of Downtown Littleton. Its been there for 25+ years.

  2. I know I recommended Calore in previous comments 🤣🍝but Amicis in Wheat Ridge is good too off 44 th and Wadsworth great place

  3. I think your kids should start channels called "son of the MHFD" and "daughter of the MHFD" and they should repost your videos in their so they can see their growth over the years, but also when they head off to their adult life, they could always go off and keep reviewing wherever they end up! I know,…. its up to them, but it would be cool though.

  4. Oh, also what about Cafe Jordano out here in Lakewood (kipling & Jewell), have you been there? People in this area (Green Mountain) swear by it….

  5. Lo Stella in the Golden Triangle. It's my favorite and it reminds me of when I lived in Italy. They only have two family owned locations and the other is in Portofino, Italy.

  6. I can't wait to try Cucina Bella, the calamari, xx. I live nearby and have driven by on many occasions. Odd question…your hoodie looks really comfortable, who makes it? lol. Thank you.

  7. Check out Wholly Stromboli's in Ft. Lupton co, worth the drive, just 45 min north of Denver, AND the place is on thr most haunted registry!

  8. All this looks amazing and I love watching your channel. I live in Brighton. You should do a few shows a little further north.

  9. If I could give you another like and make it 100…. I would thank you for the vid I love this! Try illforno di tuti in Aurora for us. Heard of it never been could be typing it wrong but hey 😅 anyhow Graci ❤
