How to make homemade Tiramisu Recipe |Ep10.

INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS

Instant Espresso 200ml
Egg Yolk 5pcs.
Granulated Sugar 125g|½ + 2tbsp
Heavy Whipping Cream (cold) 400ml|1-⅔ cups
Mascarpone Cheese (room temp.) 14oz|425g
Vanilla Extract 1tsp.
Savoiardi Biscuits (Ladyfingers)
Cacao Powder (for dusting)

PROCEDURE:
* Make the coffee syrup boil instant coffee or instant espresso and set aside to cool.
* place egg yolks and sugar in a large heatproof bowl and set over a pot of simmering water Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. start beating, until the sugar is dissolved, and the custard thickens. remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool.
* In a separate bowl whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
* Add the mascarpone, vanilla extract into custard batter and beat until smooth.
* Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Then the remaining whipped cream. Set aside.
* dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds. Place in the bottom of a dish. If needed, break a few ladyfingers to fit them in the dish. Spread half of the cream over the soaked ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and spread the remaining cream on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
* Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
