Ingredients:
500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
10 g (2 tsp) salt
7 g (2 tsp) instant yeast
325 ml (1⅓ cups) warm water
2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh rosemary & coarse sea salt on top
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rise for about 1 hour.
Spread the dough on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and press dimples with your fingers.
Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt, and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
Serve warm with olive oil, cheese, or even a glass of wine — it’s pure Italian comfort food.
