🍝 Check Out Grandma’s Secret Meatball Recipe Here!: https://franzesewine.com/

I’ve been asked to share this secret for 20 years, and I’ve always said no. But today, I’m finally revealing my grandmother’s Italian meatball recipe — the one that made our Christmas Eve dinners legendary and had her chasing us out of the kitchen with a wooden spoon. What makes these meatballs different? Three secrets that most people don’t know: the cheese, the garlic, and the biggest secret of all — ( Watch the Video to find out). I guarantee you’ve never tasted meatballs this good. These will beat any restaurant meatball you’ve ever had. While I’m cooking, I’ll be sipping my newly released fruit wines and answering your questions about everything from Frank Sinatra to the golden years of the mafia. This is something I never thought I’d be doing at 74 years old — making meatballs on camera and sharing family secrets. But here we are. Salud!

  1. Come on Michael….bread soaked in water instead of milk, over worked the meat, jarlic, balls too big, no basil, no salt and pepper…Enjoyed the cooking video though lol do this more often

  2. New York is a shithole Michael. I have the luxury of seeing it from an outside perspective. I'm sure it was great 20+ years ago. But now it's terrible.

  3. Try Greek Cypriot meat balls.

    Ingredients

    1 kg pork mince
    2 onions coarsely grated
4 medium potatoes finely grated, squeeze out excess water but keep the starch that settles at the bottle of the bowl
    3 large eggs beaten
    6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
4 slices stale bread crumbed, crusts reserved
    2 tablespoons dried mint
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 bunch parsley finely chopped
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon white vinegar
    a pinch of pepper
    2 teaspoons baking powder
1 litre mild or light olive oil for frying

  4. The question is not if, but when Franzese and Rogan meet on a Podcast… Mr. Michael can cook Meatballs and sell Quality wines, but can Mr. Joe boil an egg?…pun intended…hehehe…😎🙏…

  5. My friends late mother I remember going over to their place having a espresso Mama was making the Sunday sauce the smell OMG it was like heaven, my goodness the taste you can't beat it , no matter how hard you try to make your own sauce or gravy as they say , you just can't I was talking to friend I told him he said she brought he recipes from Rome where she was from , the problem I have is cooking in olive oil and if your watching your cholesterol , I wonder how important it is to have good quality olive oil,

  6. Not sure if they do a celebrity MasterChef in the U.S.A. you would be an awesome contestant. The love you have for the food sings through. Thank you for the video.

  7. Hi Michael, please make more food videos. Was very well explained and easy to follow. BTW the greek meat balls are good too 🙂 im definitely going to try your recipe thanks for effort. Salute

  8. I never would have thought I'd be watching a former mob Capo cooking meatballs, and professing his love for the Backstreet Boys 😂. What in the actual fuck?

  9. This was a really good show the best Italian meatballs I ate were from this Italian family from our church. They were so good oh my gosh they were so good but I will try your recipe. Thank you. Also another thing that so good is tiramisu. I haven’t made it yet, but I’m going to make it. I love that dessert so much.❤

  10. I learned Italian classics from Katie Palanza when I worked at Albertos in Greenville SC. She didn't like a lot of people, but she took a shine to me and taught me so much. We made fresh pasta, in a mixer from the 1950's if I had to guess. It had bronze "arms" in it to mix/knead the durum, semolina and eggs. Her meatballs are just like yours Micheal, but she added a little ricotta cheese. Her cannelloni was some of the best food I've ever eaten. She taught me to slow down when cooking. And yes, the gravy was fantastic.

  11. How can I get your wine 🍷??? I live in Michigan and every time I try to order it says can’t ship to me. I have a buddy who owns a liquor store could he order it for me ???? 😅
