I would have to skip the peppers, & quarter the pasta. Make it diced sweet onion. No teeth hard to eat. BUT this sounds intriguing. Where's the meat? Toss on some 80/20 sauteed ground beef or ground turkey, & I think this would make a meal great & filling.

Sorry to be a bit negative but I'm a chef, this looks amazing but I know every bite taste different because that garlic was all in one spot and not well mixed, maybe mix everything before you put in the pasta and peppers,,,
I would cook the pasta al dente instead of dry out the box…then it add it .
Blend the oil herbs and minced garlic all together at the bottom of the pan, if not, one person is going to get a mouth full of garlic, salt, or herbs,
I will boil spaghetti 1st 😅 looks delicious thankyou ❤
