Ingredients :
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
6-8 lasagnas sheets
Boiling

White sauce:
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
half glass milk
1 cup cheddar & mozzarella cheese
Mix well

RED Sauce:
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic chopped
400g boneless chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chart masala
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup water
5 tbsp Chilli garlic ketchup
1 tsp oregano
Mix
garnish with green onion and coriander leaves 🍃
