***TIPS***
1. Don’t fry those onions too much before adding the chicken – we don’t want heavy, burnt onions that are difficult to digest!
2. Don’t be tempted to overfill your chicken rolls, that way you’ll avoid a big mess in your pan!
3. Make sure those toothpicks seal the chicken rolls well! It’s super important!
4. You can always change the fillings to anything you like or you have – so experiment!
