  1. Eeyup, the trick is to absolutely do it slowly to get a proper emulsion. Do it to fast, and it will break the emulsion and it'll separate

  2. I’ve seen a method just like this for making hollandaise where you pour in the hot butter as you blend and it is a GAMECHANGER.

  3. Vegetable oil is Satan's lubricant. Use olive, avocado, flaxseed, coconut, etc. for this recipe.
