Ingredients:
1 lb chicken cutlets
2 lemons
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated cheese (Parmigiano or Pecorino)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, toss chicken cutlets with olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.

Thanks for the video. That is an interesting technique with no egg or flour. I wonder if the lemon didn't go with your final use if you could use something else. Or maybe the lemon is subtle enough that it doesn't matter.
