I think butternut squash ravioli can be a little too sweet, so l infused the pasta water with sage and some super spicy Calabrian chile paste. Infusing pasta water is a really cool trick to make your pasta taste better than everyone else’s:) You can add smashed garlic, rosemary etc..,, You can also boil pasta in different liquids besides water, like chicken broth or even wine. It changes the flavor of the pasta dramatically. It’s a fun technique to experiment with. #recipes #fallrecipes #pastarecipes #italianrecipes #cooking Oh also, I spiced up the pork to make it into sausage with dried spices like black pepper, red pepper, sage, fennel seed… I like to make sausage this way because you can use what you want and make it as spicy or not spicy as you like it.
