I made a 4-cheese pizza for some friends, but they don’t like gorgonzola, so I had to make it a bit differently.
I used mozzarella fior di latte, pecorino, provolone, and emmental.
Usually, I use gorgonzola instead of emmental, but honestly, you can use whatever cheese you like.
