For the poundcake:
60g butter
50 sugar
1 egg
2 bananas
100g flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 sachet of yeast
Salt
40ml fresh cream

For the mascarpone cream:
70gr mascarpone
20g powdered sugar
1 yolk
10g flour
