Italian Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients
1 pound Italian sausage
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 (20 oz) jar tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
A few shakes of black pepper
2 teaspoons honey
Crockpot Italian style Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
1 pound rotini pasta (uncooked)
4 cups milk
1 cup light cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
⅓ teaspoon salt
A few shakes of black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
One pot Chicken Stew
Ingredients
4 potatoes, cut into small chunks
3 carrots, sliced
½ onion, chopped
3 pounds chicken thighs, skinless, bone-in
1 cup chicken broth mixed with 3 teaspoons cornstarch
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano
