Ciao, at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok an innovative and relaxed restaurant dedicated to fine Italian dining with a modern twist. Set on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, Ciao offers three dining options: an a la carte restaurant, a bar serving Spuntino (Italian style tapas), and the Chef’s Table offering a set menu with wine pairings that is cooked and served by Chef Luca Casini. Hailing from Florence, Chef Luca uses only the freshest ingredients for his menu, including sourcing the finest meats and charcuterie from Italy, as well as local products such as organic eggs, vegetables and herbs from the Royal Projects in Thailand. Ciao also features an extensive selection of wines, with a focus on Italy’s Piedmont region.
