  1. minor gripe but i believe shake shack generally uses potato buns, not brioche. they are soooo good tho.

  2. The wrap in Piadineria is called piadina, typical of the Romagna region. That place overall serves decent piadinas, nothing more. While that type of pizza is typical of Rome, called pizza al taglio. Can go from absolute dogshit to absolute banger, depending on the topping choice, on how much time has passed since it has been cooked and on the pizza maker himself. Alice pizza is often one of the worst, to be fair. Next time in Rome try the supplì!

  3. For us Italians, fast food is usually street food, big chains food is more like junk food, it goes well when you get drunk or high 😂

  5. The ex McDonald’s employee knowledge knowing that a quarter pounder bun has sesame seeds as opposed to a cheeseburger bun is impressive
