The wrap in Piadineria is called piadina, typical of the Romagna region. That place overall serves decent piadinas, nothing more. While that type of pizza is typical of Rome, called pizza al taglio. Can go from absolute dogshit to absolute banger, depending on the topping choice, on how much time has passed since it has been cooked and on the pizza maker himself. Alice pizza is often one of the worst, to be fair. Next time in Rome try the supplì!
