    Il re della melanzana! 😂 Ti dispiace se metto il basilico al posto del prezzemolo e uso lo spicchio di aglio intero per poi toglierlo? 😊

    Oggiho preparato le melanzane ripiene con salsiccia fresca ,insaporita con semi di finocchio,e mischiata con polpa di melanzana cotta ,al funghetto( dadini di melanzana fritti e aggiunta di poco pomodoro fresco e basilico);e con aggiunta del solito parmigiano ,uova e pangrattato .Una volta fatto dorare in padella la superficie delle melanzane ripiene l' ho fatte finire di cuocere in una buona salsa di pomodoro, con aglio e basilico. E gusti cosa mangi!😊
