Quick & Easy Garlic Butter Recipe

50g x Unsalted Butter
2 x Cloves of Garlic
Small Handful x Fresh Parsley
Salt & Black Pepper

1. Melt the butter in the Microwave, this will take 10 to 20 seconds.

2. Finley dice, crush or grate the garlic into the butter and then add in a small handful of roughly chopped parsley.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Spread onto some bread, toss through some pasta or stir through some sautéed mushrooms. This Garlic Butter is so versatile you can almost use it for anything.

  2. Best thing about this recipe is that you eat the raw garlic. Not cooked.
    They say 90% on the healthy stuff in garlic leaves when you cook it.
