Add olive oil to a pan and heat the oil up on medium to low heat. Add one grated garlic clove, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 2 tbsp of capers, 2-3 anchovy fillets and cook for 2-3mins. Add a ladle of pasta water and then the pasta (cooked a little shy of al dente). Cook until the sauce coats the pasta. Finish with parsley, arugula, sardines, lemon zest and juice. Enjoy!

  1. Bene😊…ma puoi fare di meglio, magari la rucola la tagli e la metti cruda, il limone invece ci metti solo la buccia tritata sempre a crudo e io ci avrei messo i pinoli. Per il resto mi piace, semplice saporito e video rilassante 👨🏻‍🍳😉

  2. I understood that this dish is originally prepared with butter instead of EVOO so yoy can get a creamier sauce, also the lemon zest should be added before the pasta

  3. Heat too low, grated garlic, shit quality spaghetti (the color…..) you need to use less water to cook them also to get restaurant quality starchy water

  4. Yes, this is the way. Just next time add that pasta water for a while and let the starch come out and thicken
