  1. Holy hell trying to figure out what that first recipe was supposed to be…

Cheesy penne, inspired by macaroni and cheese, using pasta bought from Hero Noodles

  2. What a great video. Just a smidge of advice…since the shredded cheese has a binder in it I would have used that for the mac and cheese with the freshly shredded. Thank you for all the helpful recipes you guys share!

  3. I wish I could have these kinds of resistant starch products but they all kick me out of ketosis .. it’s not fair 😢😢

  4. You two are so funny. I would put the yeast in after cooking. It does make it cheesier. I made a different buffalo dip from a different recipe using cream cheese dn mixed the shredded cheese in before baking. Yum!

  5. I am so hoping for hero lasagna noodles! Lol! The penne & elbows are so good!
Will be trying the Mac & cheese- easier than other scratch recipes… thanks for sharing

  6. So I wonder if the egg whites would get thicker if u blend them in a regular bowl, ( plastic or glass) not stainless steel, because I’ve heard before sometimes stainless doesn’t work good for some recipes.

  7. Thanks so much for sharing 3 great recipes with us!😋👍 Have a blessed weekend 💜🙏✌️🎶🌞🍃🎃🍂🍎

  8. If you use the ground meat masher.. you know that thing you use to mash up sausage.. on the canned chicken, it creates a better shredded chicken look to the dip.. add some butter and melt it over medium heat… add hwc.. stir to form a roux… it will thicken. I used that in my lobster Mac and cheese…and change up the cheeses. Grueyer and Gouda…
