This comment section is so self righteousness lol yall on him about a single can of mushroom soup but I can guarantee not a single person eats a preservative free diet or uses 100% clean and organic cleaning materials, make up, laundry detergent, etc…and let’s not get into this phone everyone is being so self-righteous through…just throw it away all of the waves and chemical lol

  2. I made this today with some substitutions. I think it turned out quite well! I’m not sure which is a good brand of canned soup where I live and have never used any. So cooked the mushroom stalks with some cashew and puréed it.

  3. My mum has always made chicken soup pasta! Never thought about mushroom soup pasta for some reason haha.. so ty

  4. Jamie seems to be on a low/no salt kick. That pasta water needs more salt. The sauce may need some as well.

    To avoid cream in a sauce, use evaporated milk. I'm not convinced by the cream of mushroom soup in this recipe.

  5. I wanted to make a mushroom sauce for pasta for dinner tonight and I searched “mushroom pasta sauce” and the first recommendation was Jamie Oliver. I don’t think I’ve ever said “oh hell no” faster in my life!

  6. When ever I see Jamie making a dish he always manages to ruin it with his twists. I'm from México, I've worked as a chef in many Mexicans restaurants and he's destroyed every Mexican dish he has tried to make.

  8. I just made this tonight using porcini ravioli and organic mushroom soup with thyme, I added prawns to the sauce, rocket and pecorino cheese. Absolutely outstanding dish with those crunchy breadcrumbs! Thanks Jamie x
