It’s as simple as always – you don’t even need a blender for the sauce 😉
In a baking dish, place:

mushrooms
cherry tomatoes
cream cheese
a small garlic clove

Drizzle generously with olive oil, add salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
Squeeze out the garlic and mix everything together – the sauce is ready! The garlic will stay a bit firm; it’s there to release its aroma and enhance the flavor, you don’t have to eat it 😉
Add your favorite pasta and enjoy. It’s absolutely delicious 🤤

  1. Es una cocina saludable y rica!
    Intenté hacerlo pero el tiempo en el horno no es tan rápido como supuse. Tendré que buscar otras alternativas ya que al terminar un día agotador, se hace difícil la espera.
    De todas maneras se ve delicioso todo lo hecho por vos.

  2. I think it would be better if you chopped up the mushrooms and tomatoes first .. but still delicious either way. ❤

  3. Since the garlic doesn't cook through, would it makes sense to just use minced garlic? Also, are there other different kinds of cheeses you can use? Looks delish!
