I worked in a school. During Thanksgiving parent conferences our first generation Italian guidance counselor made Italian wedding soup and Pasta Fagioli for all the staff about 50-55 people, so good.

"pasta fazhol" just sounds cursed
I make mine almost just like this! I can't do the spicy pepper flakes though. I make mine with hamburger as well and usually it's for a lot of people at church
, so I use 1 vegetable and one beef broth. The hamburger and pasta makes it a hearty meal (a french baguette is perfect with it, ). Always a fan favorite!
I don't usually eat beans but this soup is a huge exception! I also love the history you bring into these videos! Keep up the good work, and I'll be making this tonight!
