In this episode of QP Eats, I feature Artipasta Food Truck which serves up the most amazing authentic Northern Italian, HANDMADE, pasta!
Artipasta Food Trailer is located at Thicket Food Park in South Austin and it is one of Austin’s most hidden gems! The food here is so fresh and perfectly cooked that it makes you feel like you are in Italy!
This Food Truck offers a casual dining experience in a really fun park. Thicket Park is BYOB so patrons can bring their favorite wine to enjoy with their authentic Italian cuisine underneath the shade of the trees. I particularly like the location of Artipasta Food Trailer because it is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly. A great place to bring the family for a relaxing picnic-style world-class meal. 👌🏼
I ordered:
• Northern Italian Style Lasagna with House Meat Sauce ($14.39)- Beef Bolognese & Bechamel in layers of lasagna pasta
• Caserecce with Basil Pesto ($10.49)- pasta with pesto made from fresh basil, pine nuts, olive oil, and parmesan on top.
• Tagliatelle with Sweet Green Peas & Ham ($??)- pasta with peas and ham in a cream sauce
• Sicilian Cannoli ($5.99)- 2 Crispy Cannoli shells filled with sweet ricotta cream, chocolate chips, and pistachios
• Tiramisu ($4.99)- espresso soaked ladyfingers topped with sweet mascarpone cream, cocoa dusting, and chocolate.
• Fig & Walnut Semifreddo ($3.79)- Popular creamy, chilled dessert.
