Aubergine caviar ? Tomato fondue ? Wtf? That's an eggplant salad ( they make it all over the place in the balkans . Bulgaria , Romania , Greece ,Serbia, Montenegro . ) with a thick tomato sauce . It' s nothing complicated just give some pretencious silly names. Absolutelly ridiculous naming .
