  1. Aubergine caviar ? Tomato fondue ? Wtf? That's an eggplant salad ( they make it all over the place in the balkans . Bulgaria , Romania , Greece ,Serbia, Montenegro . ) with a thick tomato sauce . It' s nothing complicated just give some pretencious silly names. Absolutelly ridiculous naming .

  2. Meh… it's better when you char them thoroughly and then remove the skin. It gives it a smoky flavour and doesn't look anemic as here.

  3. I am so into the idea of cooking eggplant in the microwave – but for the love of goodness, there has to be an alternative to cling wrap. I know it's extremely common to use in the restaurant setting, but I just can't bring myself microwave cling wrap for 8 minutes in the microwave…
