This whole episode reminds me of one of the insults in Steve Martin's "20 Insults to a Nose" routine. For those who don't know the reference, Roxanne is an 80s movie based on "Cyranao de Bergerac" with Steve Martin in the lead role. "Excuse me sir, but the pigs have refused to hunt anymore truffles until you leave!" Ha ha ha.
