I’ve been making this style of sandwich for years now and it’s always highly by my family several times a month, especially during the summer months. It’s a great sandwich to make ahead of time for a trip to the beach or lake, and is easy on the wallet. I think the total cost of this runs around $4-$5 per sub and it’s a massive 18 inch sub! Ingredients:
18inch soft sourdough loaf
Sliced Iceberg lettuce
Sliced garden tomatoes
Sliced White Onions
Sliced Dill pickles or banana peppers
Sliced Provolone
Sliced Roasted Turkey
Sliced Pepper Salami
Fresh Picked Basil

Spicy Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
3 tbsp oregano
2 tsp salt

  3. Make This! Back in the 80s Pizza Hut made THE best sub ever. Ham, Pepperoni, Provel9ne cheese with salad and creamy italian dressing. The dressing is the key. Can't get it anywhere. Toasted this is just heaven.
