  2. 🙋I watched from Czech republic.
    Also I should probably say, that we don’t eat aubergine/eggplant in our family…this was probably our the very first experience….
    Also I report, that I used extraordinarily tasty tomatoes…!
    I followed the recipe as close as possible, I only didn’t throw the basil and garlic out and kept them in the tomatoes.
    Also – I placed the eggplant upon a roasted slice of white bread before serving.
    My wife said – and I agree with her – it was “ tasteless “. In our opinion, the eggplant doesn’t have any distinctive taste and the other ingrediences couldn’t help enough – for example the buffalo mozzarella……maybe the stronger tasted cheese would help a bit….?
    I am sorry, but this recipe is not worth of invested time and effort and we will not repeat it again🤷‍♂️🫤…..
    I also would like to ask…..:
    is this meant to be an appetizer, or a main course….?🤔
    I am sorry I couldn’t please the cook…maybe next time….and all the best wishes….🌞

  4. My second ( third🤔) comment🙋….:
    I was thinking in the night🌙, why this recipe doesn’t work….
    In fact – the answer is logical and quite easy…….:
    1 – a baked eggplant creates a muddy texture without any character and taste…
    2 – on top of it comes mozzarella ( buffalo ) – another tasteless stuff…..
    So the last hope is tomatoes ( luckily, I had extremely tasty ones )….but it wasn’t enough to bring anything distinctive….
    Maestro added one(!)clove of garlic and two leaves of basil and both of them removed before topping the eggplant…again, no chance here to bring any character…..
    So – after combining all these ingrediences the result necessarily must be dull and tasteless….🤷‍♂️

  5. Посмотрела ваше видио ,так как ваши руки были чисты от всяких наколок и рецепт отличный. Иногда ,попадаются ролики ,где руки ужасные , все. в наколках , от такой еды ташнит . Вы молодцы

  6. Я такое делаю сам и рекомендую с помидор снимать шкурку (обдать кипятком перед тем). Конечно чтоб не заморачиваться нужно взять пару крупных микад. Синие получаются намного интереснее.
