  1. After watching a few of his YouTube videos, I went straight to Amazon to buy his book, only to see numerous comments about misprints, a missing soup section, and so on. I wonder if that has been fixed. If so, I'd be very happy to purchase it.

  9. as an ITALIAN this is shame, because you have to put bescamella not the ricotta whit egg yolks and the bast has to be cooked before the oven. the ragu is not this.

  12. Basic lasagna isn't really difficult. It's just time consuming and makes a lot of dirty dishes. As a single person, it also means I have 9 big portions at the end. Luckily leftovers are fantastic and it freezes well. Well worth the effort a couple times a year.
