We eat salmon with skin, which is very healthy. The second step of adding butter is unnecessary since salmon is a fatty fish. Why add more fat? Lemon, salt, and black pepper are sufficient.
Very interesting way to cook salmon. However, can I ask Why would u want the fatty fish make fatter? The less u do with the salmon- the more flavour and taste you will get out of it.
