  1. The cross contamination of salmon skin juices on the fingers from pulling the skin off and dipping fingers into the salt and the pepper is worse than removing of skin people are mentioning.

  3. We eat salmon with skin, which is very healthy. The second step of adding butter is unnecessary since salmon is a fatty fish. Why add more fat? Lemon, salt, and black pepper are sufficient.

  4. Very interesting way to cook salmon. However, can I ask Why would u want the fatty fish make fatter? The less u do with the salmon- the more flavour and taste you will get out of it.

    Im surely not doing this everytime I eat salmon… im doing some much better shit like some honey glaze or crusted salmon…
