Making Bolognese pasta is very easy at home especially and is guaranty to make everyone happy
1 lb. Ground beef
2 large Carrots (mince)
2 large Celery sticks (mince)
1/2 half yellow onion (mince)
2 tbsp Tomato paste
10 oz Crushed tomato (can)
8 oz tomato sauce
16 oz Chicken stock
1 bunch Fresh Thyme
2 tbsp Chicken bouillon
1 pinch Salt
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
8 oz Pasta of your choice

Bro that’s fucking disgusting, look at the oil separation in that sauce…. why are you destabilizing your emulsion by adding so much fat. 80-20 is already way too fatty for any sauce, you need to go 90-10 or else your sauce will be extremely greasy and not smooth. I have no words for the extra butter, that made the dish unsalvageable.

    Olive oil
    Inion
    Celery
    Carrot, ground beef , tomato paste , tomato peeled chopped, pasata sauce, red wine, water, salt and black ground pepper to taste

  5. Cook the beef first you cant brown it properly with all the veggies
    When its really brown not this grey no like a steak than ad veggies
    Try it it makes a big big difference!

  6. Chicken bullion no necessary,no garlic,no butter,no exaggeration of tomatoes can brother, please don't destroy the Bolognese sauce!!!
