Nestled in the Itria Valley of Puglia, in southern Italy, traditional limestone huts with conical roofs are part of the landscape. Called trulli, the unique structures that traditionally housed farmers and livestock have become a beloved attraction, drawing tourists from around the globe. Why did you guys repost all these segments when I can scroll back a couples months and they're already there? If its a rerun on TV why reupload stuff that's already on the channel?
This is a coincidence for me. I visit Italy almost every year, although I don’t have a drop of Italian blood in me. I just like the country, and have visited many of its regions. In 2026, I’m going to Puglia, only because my regular tour director recommended it as off the beaten path, and the opposite of overrun tourist traps like Venice. Now I’m suddenly hearing a lot more about Puglia.
The trulli are so beautiful. Watching that mason place the stones was fascinating, and that bar owner is a charmer.
Amazingly built looking homes!
Trattoria Trullo in Aliso Viejo Ca -wonderful restaurant. the owner, Marco, is the chef. Everything is home made.
In Utah you can escape tax by leaving the front of the house unfinished.
Houses, Cars, shoes, clothes………….born for design. 😇
I like to avoid any area that has a bunch of tourists.
This is a very special place.
