  1. hello oliver, I just wanted to say thank you very much. I never missed any of your shows as a child. I loved the way you handled food. Unfortunately, I grew up in poverty and there was rarely food. Today as an adult I realize how much you have influenced me. I love good, high-quality food, preferably homemade. thank you for your inspirations. Greetings from Germany💚

  2. Like your recipes but you should stick to cooking & omit all "healthy" food comments when youre loading dishes with lots of fat; oil, cheese & avocado. Its not good for obesity or heart disease.

  3. Jamie, you are a down-to-earth genius. Watching from Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. Love your shows. Thank you!! ❤😊😃👍🏻

  4. Bravo! Thank you Jamie for your generosity in sharing so many brilliant breako ideas! This is a wonderful compilation and thoroughly enjoyable kicking back with mouth salivating and tummy rumbling while cruising in the Oliver time machine.

  5. PLEASE DO NOT PRE-MUSH VEGETABLES AND FRUITS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WHEN PREPARING MEALS EVERYONE.

It is better for our oral health, our digestive health, our mental health and general health.
It is good to have 1 RAW CRUNCHY VEG OR FRUIT IN EACH STARTER, MAIN AND DESSERT eg crunchy apple or pear, crunchy carrot, crunchy celery, crunchy peppers etc.

CHEFS AND COOKS vegetables, fruits and other foods like oats MUST NOT be pre-mushed or processed as much as possible !! Let teeth do the chewing they are supposed to do every day. Do not let machines pre-mush people's vegetables and fruits, these foods are not difficult to chew in the mouth properly!

There are too many people in the UK with VERY BAD ORAL HEALTH, WEAK TEETH AND MISSING TEETH, SOME ARE IN THEIR 20s because they are not chewing their foods properly every day, there is very little that is actually fresh, natural, unprocessed and healthy on plates in the UK. Far too much food in the UK has first been processed into flours or mush and then formed into a shape. So much of it is like baby food, a 1 year old could eat it! All adults are supposed to chew foods properly with their teeth and for this to happen we need dishes full of fresh, crunchy, un-mushed, unprocessed vegetables, fruits and other ingredients. FRESH IS BEST!

  6. Great that you are using whole wheat flour instead of refined white wheat flour!!

Refined white wheat flour is the unhealthiest flour and is it everywhere in the UK – it is ruining everyone's teeth and health! We need breads, doughnuts and cakes made with HEALTHY FLOURS eg wholemeal flour chocolate cakes and wholemeal flour croissants and scones!!
Then everyone's snacks and cakes can have a healthy ingredient as the main ingredient. Jamie can you make some of these please??!!

Does anyone know the difference between whole wheat flour and wholemeal flour? It is not clear to me.

  7. Please let's aim to always include 1 CRUNCHY RAW VEGETABLE OR FRUIT IN EVERY MOUTHFUL OF FOOD, that gets everyone using their molars in every starter, every main, every dessert.

  8. THE UK IS A NATION OF SUGAR ADDICTS!

Adults are supposed to have maximum 7 teaspoons of added sugar a day = approx 30 grams.
In the UK and Europe teenagers and adults are having about 120 grams of added sugar EVERY DAY according to Google!!! It is destroying people's teeth every day!! They are surrounded by super sugary foods every day from morning to evening all over Europe. People are struggling to maintain good oral health because there are MAINLY UNHEALTHY meals, snacks and desserts everywhere based on the unhealthiest flours, and unhealthiest sugar in extremely high quantities.

WE NEED MAINLY HEALTHY MEALS, HEALTHY SNACKS AND HEALTHY DESSERTS EVERYWHERE!

If an adult should have maximum 7 teaspoons of added sugar in a day ( 1 teaspoon = 4 grams)
That means that a breakfast/lunch or dinner should have max 1.5 teaspoons of added sugar per portion.
That means 2.5 teaspoons of added sugar can be used for snacks and drinks.

Many adults have a can of cola in a typical day = 9 teaspoons of added sugar just in one drink! It puts them over the daily limit of added sugar!

Personally I use very little sugar when I cook my main meals and a little sugar generally at the end of meals.

I only have a sugary drink once a month.

  9. Cover any bowls of food with a side plate and then put them in the fridge. Older slightly chipped plates are good for this.
There is NO need to use cling film. It saves money, resources and time! It is better for the environment!! Get good karma!

  10. ฉันกินเจฉันจะเอาเต้าหู้อ่อนมาทอดด้วยเนยเจน่าจะคล้ายไข่ทอดเนย55

  13. Hello . There is someone who told me about u . I need a breakfast like this . I am doing this tomorrow for sure

  14. The editor messed up on the Indian scramble recipe. Jamie adds garam masala when frying the onions, otherwise it’s what, just onions and salt?

  15. I'm relieved to see Jamie cooks porridge for 15 minutes, that's how long it takes me to cook it. Most recipes say 2-3 minutes. I thought I was losing my mind.

  16. Didn’t work for me turned into tasteless mush and outside was hard and wasted avocado. It’s just cooking it , different to ripening.

  17. Hi Jamie..Welcome back..your meal recipes are the best..what makes it so amazing is…that most of the ingredient is already in our cupboards..😊 from SA Capetown 😊

  18. Some of my favorite videos are the Covid lockdown ones. Not that we enjoyed that time, but what a beautiful glimpse into their family life, real family, real food. Love them for doing that!
