Healthy, attainable, feel-good recipes—this is my favorite. Take this simple green salad, which has been my go-to holiday salad.
Place the cucumber, peppers, radish, red cabbage, tomatoes and red onion in a large bowl with salt to taste. Add Avocado, boiled egg to it(Optional). For dressing, add olive oil, Jalapeno peppers, Italian dressing and squeeze a lemon . Add dressing within a few minutes of serving for best results.
