  1. I’ve only had goat a few times and it’s always been fantastic! Traditionally Barria is made with goat which is a dish I’ve been trying to dial in so I’ve been on a mission to find quality local goat meat

  2. Dave, you didn't ask her what part of the goat you were eating? I think you were eating the brain of the goat which is called bheja fry or maghaz. I feel bad for the animals.

  4. For anyone that hasn't had goat before, I think a goat curry is a good intro. The curry balances it out a bit, so that you don't just have too strong a goat flavor on your first try.

  5. Jamaican and Haitian food is so underrated. I lived in Miami for 10 years and there's some amazing cheap amazing delicious places that you never had about
