I’ve only had goat a few times and it’s always been fantastic! Traditionally Barria is made with goat which is a dish I’ve been trying to dial in so I’ve been on a mission to find quality local goat meat

For anyone that hasn't had goat before, I think a goat curry is a good intro. The curry balances it out a bit, so that you don't just have too strong a goat flavor on your first try.
