– 100 g fresh pork Sausage
– 250 g Pasta (I used Penne)
– 30 g Parmesan cheese
– 100 ml cooking cream
– 30 ml of white vine (optional)
– 40/50 g of ½ chopped onion, 1 carrot and 1 celery stalk
– salt & pepper q.s.
