  1. Never use a metal spoon in honey.
    The metal damages all those good enzymes in the honey, so always use either plastic or wood utensils

  2. That pizza kinda stole the show. That’s a 90s slice, back when pizza was made by italians. Where did you get that slice? I’m guessing New Jersey.

  3. Please remember to open the jar once a week to let out the air that gets trapped inside or else this can cause Botulism

  4. Burp that jar everyday for about three weeks, or you will have a sticky ceiling from the bomb you made.

  5. I really wish we could just hit undo on the short video format. We cant have viral videos of people doing fermentation, or woodworking with electricity in a format where they can't explain the risks because theres not time. That trend of wood burning with electricity blew up and like 30 people are known to of died doing it.

  7. DON"T FORGET TO BURP THE JAR EVERY WEEK> WHICH HE NEVER MENTIONS>>>OR YOUR JAR MIGHT EXPLODE, just slightly loosen the top letting air out and re tighen again, very tight. Thats all u need to do to burp it.

  8. people saying botulism is funny, ive literally been having this since a kid and never have i got sick. you’re actually supposed to take this like a tea to help with your immune system so it should be doing the exact opposite of getting you sick. you have higher chance of winning the lottery before getting botulism from garlic honey.

  9. Remember to not use a stainless steel spoon with honey. I don't know the science but it kills the good stuff in the honey. Use a wooden spoon.
