Hello dear friends, Today I want to show you how to bake pizza in a clay oven. To do this, first I prepared the dough. I added wheat flour, baking powder, yeast, eggs, liquid oil, a little salt, and lukewarm water and mixed them together. Now it’s time for the tomato sauce. I went to the garden and picked some tomatoes. I washed them and grated them. I chopped two cloves of garlic and lightly fried them in oil. Then I added the grated tomatoes and added a little black pepper, turmeric and salt to it and mixed well. I turned on the oven to heat it up. I chopped the mushrooms, bell peppers, and tomatoes. I cut the boiled chicken into pieces. I rolled out the dough with a rolling pin and placed it on the bottom of the tray. I spread tomato sauce on it and poured a layer of pizza cheese. I added the chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, and chopped tomatoes on top, and poured another layer of pizza cheese and placed it in the oven.
