1 – 1 ½ cups Homemade Italian Dressing
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Pearls – Halved
¾ cup Pepperoni
¾ cup Salami
½ cup Pepperoncini
¼ cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
½ cup Tomatoes
1 English Cucumber Diced & Cored
¼ cup diced curly Parsley
Fresh Basil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Lemon Juice
1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
1 ½ tbsp Minced Red Onion

¼ tsp Greek Orégano
¼ tsp Dried Parsley
