Love wagyu versions of this, sometimes Costco has an Australian wagyu of this cut and it’s so good 🔥 very beefy, juicy and tender when cooked right.
Slices of that would be great in tacos 🌮

Not a fan of this cut. Tried it 3 different times, and is super strong in its iron taste. Reminds me of undercooked liver. It was plenty juicy and tender tough.

The Flat Iron is personally my favorite. It's incredibly well-rounded in terms of beefiness, marbling, tenderness, shape (good for a crust), and, most importantly, price. You can usually getba cut that will easily feed 2 for $10-15. Can sometimes be difficult to find, but, oddly enough, you can almost always find them at Walmart.

Recently had a medium rare flat iron steak (first time ever have a medium rare steak) and oh my God it was f**** delicious and oh my God it was f**** delicious and juicy 😋🤤
Why doesn't my steak doesn't gets cooked when I try this way it remains hard from inside in spite of cooking it on low flame.
