Yes! you can make lasagna in the slow cooker! This slow cooker lasagna recipe is so flavorful, delicious and it feeds many people.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
olive oil
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic
45 oz marinara sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
4 Tbs tomato paste
salt and pepper to your taste
1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
fresh parsley
14 to 15 oz ricotta cheese (my ricotta cheese can was 14.5 oz)
2 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
9 dried uncooked lasagna pasta sheets
16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese. You can use more. I used as much as I wanted.

  1. I just seen this Lazana recipe . I had most of ingredients. Hubby picked up the noodles and Ricatto cheese 🧀 and mozzarella. Plus I added 3 cheese blend of cheddar cheese 🧀 And also Italian seasoning . I also used Better Than boillion and made my own beef broth . Its cooking in the crock pot on high for 3 hrs right now .   2. Just tried this recipe. I don't have time in the mornings to go through the cooking process, so I pre-made the ricotta and meat mixtures the night before and stored it in the fridge until morning. Was able to layer everything just fine.

    One thing I noticed is that mozzarella cheese is missing from the ingredients list. I didn't realize that until I got to the mozzarella cheese step, which I had none. I did, however have a very large bag of Oaxaca cheese on hand though.
