  1. For complete protein, eat with a grain! You could include some whole wheat pasta or just eat with some bread.

  2. Stop following stupid suggestions. Protein in vegetables is not bioavailable. This means for 300 grams of meat you need 4 kilos of vegetables to have the same amount of protein 😂😂😂
    In addition there are some non soluble fibers that are big problem for your digestive system.
    Stay away. This is stupid

  3. And there's always room, to tweak this recipe, some for your taste … Options: maybe by adding some sliced Black Olives and/or sliced Fresh Mushrooms, and/or Sunflower seed Kernels or Pumpkin seeds Kernels … Just use your imagination … 😏😊👍❣️
