Thanks for the recipe, some tips to improve it
1. use a cooking thermometer to always have accurate and correct temperature control.
2. Italian ice cream (gelato) should not be whipped and expanded with a mixer. It should not be foamed with air.
3. When using eggs in ice cream, it is good after the mixture has cooled, to put it in the refrigerator for 12+ hours, before putting it in the freezer. This helps to homogenize the flavors and not to smell too much of the egg.
4. Maybe you did it for practical video reasons only (easy scooping), but the ice cream in the end looked like a smoothie, it needed more time in the freezer.
