Sugar – 100 grams
Butter – 60 grams
Yogurt – 70 grams
Egg – 3 pcs.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar
Salt – a pinch
Cream:
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 50 grams
Milk – 260 ml
Corn starch – 20 grams
Lemon zest
Lemon juice – from one lemon
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the oven features
