  6. Looks intriguing, we used to just make a GIGANTIC bowl of Fresh Salsa split it in half. Into one bowl of Salsa we added extra sharp grated cheddar. The Second Batch we put Room Temp Cream Cheese on a shallow bowl and poured the rest of the Salsa over the top of the Cream Cheese. Both versions to be dipped with Corn Chips and since we had Avocado Trees there was always Mashed Avocado, NOT Guacamole, just pure Avocado and a little salt.

  7. All absolutely fabulous!
    In the early-mid 80's we grated NY extra sharp cheddar and mixed it with Paul Newman's medium salsa. Served cold with tortilla chips or whatever, it was so simple and delicious. Imo, always go extra sharp, certainly never mild or medium.
    Also, I love the heavy vinegar in your blends. There's so much more flavor🤌😊🌻
