We spent one day exploring the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy – mostly in Modena, with a quick stop in Bologna – and it quickly turned into a one-day food tour. From fresh bolognese, to tortellini in brodo, to traditional balsamic vinegar, to visiting a Parmigiano Reggiano factory, we packed A LOT in 24 hours!
