1/4 cup ricotta + 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano
Knead for 5-7 mins, Rest covered for 30 mins
Ready to cook immediately for 4-5 mins in salted boiling water

To be fair, also a lot of time. Time is a big ingredient with home made bread and pasta. Cheap to make, but can eat a good amount of time.

I made these but breaded them after with flour, then egg, then Italian oregano garlic n bread crumbs mixed together, then fried it for two minutes in the fryer with avocado oil. Mmmm my family has been loving this snack!
Making it in a well, is good to know, but don’t be afraid to just let a mixer do the kneading. It will cut your time down significantly.
